These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Colorado Taco Truck website and services. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Colorado Taco Truck provides mobile catering, event catering, takeout food truck, and related food services. All events are booked by appointment. Availability depends on scheduling, location, and event requirements.
Booking and Cancellation
Event bookings are confirmed upon agreement of service details, date, and any applicable deposit or payment terms. Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
Payment
We accept Cash, Check, Credit Card, and Debit Card. Payment terms are agreed upon during the booking process.
Liability
Colorado Taco Truck is not liable for delays or service issues caused by weather, venue access problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We work with event organizers to plan around foreseeable challenges.
Service Area
We serve a 50-mile radius from Thornton, CO. Service availability for events outside this area will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
